Michael Bogaev's award-winning documentary, Our Moral Imperative, portrays the devastating effects of the Syrian Civil War and the country's refugee crisis. The film received both Honorable Mention in the international C-Span StudentCam film contest, to which 2,903 videos were submitted, and Third Place in Cablevision's Educational Access Awareness Awards, in which his PSA below won First Place, making Bogaev the only filmmaker to win an award for both of his entries.

No Going Back depicts the tragic effects of driving distracted, winning First Place in both the DMV/Travelers Teen Safe Driving Contest and Cablevision's Educational Access Awareness Awards. The PSA was selected to be the Connecticut Department of Transportation's television commercial for 2017-2018.
